21NiCrMo2 is a commonly used alloy carburizing steel. After carburizing, the surface has relatively high hardness, wear resistance and contact fatigue strength. At the same time, the core still retains good toughness and can withstand high impact loads.

In what applications is 21NiCrMo2 used?
20NiCrMo2 is mainly used as a material for impact-resistant and wear-resistant parts such as automobile bearings.
Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure
Heat treatment specifications: quenching, 880 ± 20 ℃ for the first time, 790 ± 20 ℃ for the second time, oil cooling; tempering, 150 ～ 200 ℃, air cooling.
Metallographic structure: Martensite
Delivery status
Hot-rolled or forged steel is delivered in the hot-rolled (forged) state or annealed state. Cold drawn steel is delivered annealed.
